Radiata Pine Finger Joint Panels

They are made with selected wooden slats, composed of clear or knotty blocks, joined using the finger joint process (toothed joints); or made up of clear or knotty cutstocks (solid wood), which are subsequently joined together forming a wooden panel with excellent finishes. Characteristics:

  • Both faces sanded.
  • Moisture content 8% to 14%.
  • PVA D4 adhesive is used, resistant to moisture.
  • For the application of stains and varnishes, they must be applied to both sides and all edges of the board, to minimize
the risks of deformations caused by absorption or loss of moisture on an exposed side.
  • Use solvent-based products to avoid deformations.
